REFERRAL AGREEMENT
This Referral Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between the Company and the Referrer (collectively, the "Parties").
1. Referral Services
The Referrer agrees to introduce potential clients to the Company. A "Qualified Lead" is defined as a new client who enters into a binding contract with the Company as a direct result of the Referrer’s introduction.
2. Commission and Payment
* Commission: The Company shall pay the Referrer [X]% of the net revenue received from a Qualified Lead.
* Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid within 30 days of the Company receiving payment from the client.
3. Relationship of Parties
The Referrer is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
4. Confidentiality
The Referrer shall maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared by the Company during the term of this Agreement.
5. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 7 days' written notice.
